Advanced Forces Group designed, delivered, and fully managed the Basic Leader Course for the Operational Commands of the Netherlands Army. Going beyond curriculum development, AFG established a dedicated Mobile Training Centre to ensure scalable, high-quality leadership development for NCOs.

They teach from experience, can adapt to our way of working and our department culture. They guide and coach the recruits to the next level. They also share their routines and experience with our instructors, ensuring continuous development and mutual learning.
